At WholesaleClothingVintage.com, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every vintage bundle we ship. Each item is carefully handpicked, quality-checked, and graded for resale — but we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right.

Because of the nature of wholesale vintage, returns are handled a bit differently than standard retail.

• Every bundle is inspected, sorted, and matched to the description (e.g. grade, style, era).
• We provide clear photos, sample images, and honest product descriptions before purchase.
• Our goal is to make sure you receive value-packed vintage, ready to resell.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns or offer partial refunds in the following cases:

• You received the wrong bundle type or category
• The grade/quality was significantly below what was advertised
• Items were damaged in transit
• The bundle was incomplete (missing agreed quantity)

❌ What Is Not Covered

• Minor signs of wear typical of vintage clothing (fading, small marks, etc.)
• Sizing issues (vintage sizing can vary — bundles are mixed unless otherwise stated)
• Style preference or resale performance (we cannot guarantee how fast items will sell)
